Chris gave us a bid for the contract sight unseen, and ultimately we ran over the bid a little due to a few complications and he adhered to it. I was trying to find someone to remove the stand off of my iMac and install the wall bracket because the tutorials weren't helping. I submitted for a quote and Chris responded very quickly. He was very flexible in trying to work with me to get this resolved. Turns out I had bought the wrong bracket and my iMac couldn't be converted.
